Please register as soon as possible so we can ensure the right number of teams, managers, coaches and volunteers needed for the upcoming season.
Per Little League rules, all players wanting to play Majors or Minors are required to attend a Player Evaluation session. Dates are TBD.
We work hard to include all players, and late registrations may still be accepted, but will be limited to space available.
Email us at registrar@sunnyvalemetro.org if you have questions.
Volunteering
Sunnyvale Metro is an entirely volunteer run organization. All families are asked to volunteer at both the league and team levels.
Managing/Coaching/Team Parent - If you are interested in managing a team, coaching (helping the team manager), or Team Parent, please complete the registration process for yourself. You will not be charged anything. All managers, assistant coaches, and team parents will be assigned using this system.
All players league age 8 and older must attend Player Evaluations.
Player Evaluations give League Officials and Coaches the opportunity to evaluate players to ensure they are placed in the division that best suits them. This is based on skill level, age, strength & size. Players will play catch, field ground balls & fly balls, hit and run the bases.
All players who register will be placed on a team. There are no "cuts" in Little League Baseball. Evaluations are used to assist in determining which level of play will provide the best playing experience for every child.
Evaluation locaction and times are TBD.
